Who decides App. Store Pricing?

You have complete freedom to decide whether you want to offer your book for free or for a price. It is entirely up to you to decide how much you want to charge for your books after they are available on the App. store.

My book contains a lot of pictures, tables and other illustrations. Will Glider support them?

Sure. Glider supports all the graphics you would need for your book. Just make sure your images are in .png format. We will announce support for more formats shortly.
